Return window

All customers: you may return unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

EU, UK, Switzerland and Norway: this includes your legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at ecombrothers31@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return (you may use the model withdrawal form below).
  2. We send you the return address and instructions.
  3. Ship the items back within 14 days of notifying us, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or not what you ordered.

Exceptions

  • Items customized on request (e.g. name or number printed for you) cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Items that are worn, washed, damaged by the customer or without tags may be refused or refunded with a deduction for loss of value.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your return request, using your original payment method. We may wait until we receive the items back or proof that you have shipped them. For EU/UK withdrawals, the refund includes the original standard shipping cost.

Defective or wrong items

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund the item, including return costs.
