These Terms govern all purchases made on this website from Basket Addict LLC ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you accept these Terms.
We describe our jerseys and related items as accurately as possible. Photos are for illustration; slight color differences may occur depending on your screen. Products are offered while stock lasts.
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). For deliveries outside the United States, your bank may charge currency conversion fees. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout where we are required to collect it. For international shipments, import duties and taxes may be charged by your country's customs on delivery and are payable by the customer, unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping costs are displayed before you confirm payment.
Your order is confirmed once payment is authorized and you receive a confirmation email. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or unavailability; in that case you will be fully refunded.
Automatic offers such as "Buy 2, get 1 free" apply under the conditions displayed on the website: the lowest-priced eligible item is free. They cannot be combined with other product or order discounts unless stated.
Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods displayed. We never store your full card details.

Products are covered by any statutory warranty applicable in your country. Consumers in the EU, UK, Switzerland and Norway benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years from delivery in the EU).
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price of the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the State in which Basket Addict LLC is organized. Consumers residing in the EU or UK keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence and may bring proceedings before their local courts.
